Yeah just typical!!
Well that picture is obviously showing a working dog, because I have very rarely come across a vicious gsd
Maybe they should show a little dog for a change. Why do they always make out that it's the large breeds that are vicious?

Oh good! Just what we bloomin' need. The BBC ran with a similar story, and they had a picture of a GSD as well =[
BBC News - All dogs could be insured under dangerous breeds plans
At least the GSD picture looks like a nice doggie.

I know, these people can't be bothered to tax/MOT/insure their cars, do they really think they're going to do it for a dog?! Eurgh.

It doesnt half knark me when they stereo type a dog for the news, when any dog has the potential to be dangerous, even the little ones, but you never see a piccie of a little dog being used

Exactly! If they are happy to own a banned dog or have a dog out of control then are they really going to be worried about bloody insurance?!

Another piece of legislation that will be impossible to police, I wonder if this insurance will be by way of some form of licence payable to the government as they haven't introduced any new taxes in the last few weeks. I would like to know when they are going to say that parents have to have their kids on 3rd party insurance in case they injure someone whilst skateboarding in a public carpark or skating through a supermarket with those stupid trainers that have wheels in the heels. Being a smoker I would also like to know when the government are going to tell car manufacturers to put pictures on the side of their cars of people or animals that have been hit by irresponsible drivers with the words "driving harms you and others around you" highlighted somewhere.
But I'm not going to get on my high horse and start ranting or anything like that..........well I might!!!!!
Regards
Ian
