swollen abdomen in snake

Hi

I'm looking for some advice

My California king snake has a swollen abdomen

I've phoned vet and looked on line mayb Dow. To low temp in his tank ave put hot water bottle in the now

Is there anything else that could help

hope the snakes ok, but it could be a number of diff things a build up of gases, food thats still hasnt digested which if the tank heat has been to low id say both, if its low down in the snake belly it could be he needs to go to the toilet but cant, you can help this by giving him a warm bath at just about room temp water, the down side and worst thing is it could be a cyst and if it doesnt go after uping the heat and/or warm bath then id take him/her to the vets but if it does go normaly in 24hrs then dont worry
