All I can say, is that it beggars belief! How come so many young muslims have pit bull type dogs then, for their image, and are even linked with dog fighting? It was a group of muslims, who's Staffie, and Pit Bull attacked Lucy, and left her with puncture wounds all down her back

i dont see why they should be upset i am muslim with two beautiful shepherds one is 10 years and one 6 months

Well imo if they don't like it leave the country!!!!!! I'm fed up of hearing about Muslims being constantly offended by British ideas/traditions and way of life, they're living in Britain what do they expect....

Janet - I completely agree with your post too, there are a lot of young Muslim lads using Bull type dogs as image status' and dog fighting...we were warned to watch out for a group using 2 Staffs to fight innocent dogs, whilst they stood by and allowed it to happen If dogs are so impure and unclean why are they owning them!!!!!!

Sorry but this is BS, this was about 1 Councillor Mr Assif trying to gain publicity, I emailed James Moncur when the original article went to press in the Daily Record and gave him contact details for the German Shepherd Club of Pakistan which was formed over 25yrs ago, I also spoke to him by telephone the following day as he wished to speak to me, he then wrote another article which was published heres an extract:
'They say the negative views about Rebel don't reflect the opinion of the majority in the Islamic community.'
