The dogs are already dead.
Apparently they were so 'aggressive' that they had to be killed using a dead bolt gun - this has to be held directly against the dogs forehead at point blank range. How did they manage this if the dogs were so 'aggressive'?
One RSPCA officer decided that all the dogs could not be rehomed. Eight officers decided that using the dead bolt gun was the way to kill the dogs. At no point does anyone mention a vet, so I can only presume that no vet was consulted.
This is one reason why I would NEVER give the RSPCA one penny (there are many other personal reasons that I can not/don't want to go into at present).
This is what one Wales charity has to say about it:
Many Tears Animal Rescue - rspca
I am really glad the national news has got hold of this story - I think many normal members of the public will be appalled at this, especially the method of killing.
The day before this story became public the RSPCA came knocking on doors round my street asking for donations/support - glad I had not seen this story then!!!!! Don't think they will be coming to this house again anyway - I was not exactly polite to the girl.
