Paws and Claws started as an Idea just 6 months ago....
now it is bigger than we can really handle, there are only 4 of us and an extra foster carer.
I can't foster because at the first attempt I kept Sacha (female gsd) and I now have 5 dogs, still, I only have 18 rats so there's plenty room for more

sometimes I can't sleep at night worrying about dogs I know need help, still....we do what we can. we need more foster carers. the internet has enabled us to help dogs all over the country and with people far afield offering to do home checks hopefully this will continue.
we have kennels able to house 4 dogs but fortunately we haven't used them yet as all dogs have been placed into a foster homes.

if anyone has any idea for fundraising please suggest it, every little helps.

a few supermarkets are allowing us to do bag pags after christmas, so we should make a few bob there..

How about approaching you local vets/pet shops/dog groomers and asking if they will take a collection box for their customers loose change.

Christmas is a good time to put a food collection box in the vets as well. They would be more inclined to help a local charity.
