has any one seen on the news about the woman who has lost an arm

apparently she works in a rescue kennel,and was a attacked by a rotty

Omg just been thinking what if someone had taken it home and they did not know background, it just shows you cannot be to careful where ever you get a dog from, very frightening.......

Its awfull, feel sorry for the workers but also feel sorry for decent Rottie owners as no doubt the press will have a field day with this.

makes me think that this surely could have been avoided. The dog was a rescue, therefore god knows what it may have been through before it arrived and therefore it should have been in the care of a very experienced dog handler, not a general helper. So unfortunate for the poor animal to lose its life, when I am quite sure with correct handling of an animal in this situation, it could more than likely have been avoided. My thoughts go out to the kennel helper and her family.
