I have heard nothing of this but rest assured if anyone was to enter my garden with that in mind they wouldn't be leaving in a hurry, nothing suprises me anymore round here

We had a spate of this kind of thing a couple of years ago, a lot of it in Luton as well as loads of abandoned dogs in Luton, in this area a lot of it is the "trophy" dogs culture which sadly the authorities can not police as well as I'm sure they would like to.
