This is REALLY bad. The whole injury is days old and rotten, the smell was appalling. Her skin is ripped all the way back to her neck and exposes the jaw bone totally. She is now at the vets and she is trying her best to save her, she has multiple injuries but the jaw is the worst....She has her mouth closed in that pic, what you see is the flap of skin hanging down.

It goes on further to say this poor girl is a victim of dogfighting. She is lucky however and has been offered sanctuary and help via a rescue in ireland EGAR. The vet treatment is going to be extensive and expensive for the already stretched rescue. What a horrific picture, I thought the dogs mouth was open until I read it probably,

At least shes been rescued in time, one near me had a axe put through its head as it didnt make the grade for fighting, the RSPCA got to it too late.

Oh my god....I too thought her mouth was open. People make me feel sick, again as I keep saying, how can anyone treat their dogs like this? I could cry...

It reminds me of that news article about the 2 dogs rescued from Birmingham (I think it was Birmingham), they caught them mid-fight in a shop and someone had shoved one of the dogs up into the ceiling so the police wouldn't find him...sadly he died...it brings tears to my eyes. I hate it when you see two pet dogs have a fight let alone intentionally baiting them to fight to the death.
