Rise in Dog Attacks

I heard this on the radio this morning whilst I was driving to work and thought I'd have a look on the net to see what's being said about it....yet again it's more negative press about dog attacks. When are people going to start taking notice of the fact it's the owners and not the dogs.

I noticed as well in this story of the little girl who was bitten there was no mention of which breed attacked her so it can't be a large breed dog otherwise I'm sure they would have delighted in making the dog into a devil dog.

I see in the paper today that the rise in dog attacks is being blamed on "hoodies" dogs....so again it's the dog in the hands of the wrong owner and being bought to enhance their reputation rather than as a pet...makes me so angry!
