GSDOWNER will become famous soon enough
Milly ? 6 month old female German Shepherd Dog

Milly is a small female German Shepherd Dog. She is approximately 6 months old. Milly is very shy and nervous. She has not had a good start to her short life and will need some training and socialisation. Milly is looking for a home where there is going to be someone around all of the time and where preferably there is an older confident dog to show her that the world is not a scary place. She will need to be spayed. Milly is in foster with other dogs, but we do not know how she will be with cats. She is young enough to learn to live with them. As with all our rescue dogs, donation and homecheck will be required.

If you would like to be considered to give Milly a home please contact Ron on 01273 236 418.

Lynn I was on a rescue site the other day (cant remember which one) and they had a 16 week old pup for rehoming!!!!

How on earth can you have a dog for 8 weeks and have to give it up!!!

OMG you're joking???? Why do people bother buying dogs they have no intention of looking after properly, pups don't come ready trained do they? Gets on my nerves

Breaks my heart the number of dogs that need a new home, I don't know why people bother getting them either, they think it's a good idea then realise when they've done a load of damage that they can't cope

I was so furious I was shaking. I showed it to my oh ranting and raving at him. He said not everyone was as dedicated as I was, to which I screamed why get a puppy then and get fed up of it in just 8 weeks!!!

I am horrified at some people's attitude, they seem to view puppies/dogs as disposable

I think they reason there's a lot of them now is idiots get them around Christmas then 3 months on when they find it needs training, is chewing etc they want rid as the novelty's worn off.

Some give more consideration to getting new furniture than to bringing a pup into their homes.

It makes me despair, it really does.

LucyA is on a distinguished road
we are considering getting a rescue bitch for Blitz to have company but I think it will take a bit more consideration yet.
Millie would be perfect but ideally we would want one a bit older and spayed!!!
