This poor boy hasn't got long if he dosent get help

Urgent - due to be PTS this week. We need a foster in the Oxfordshire area. He is in a kennels that takes in council strays and the council have ordered that a number of dogs must die, starting tomorrow!! 'Very sweet boy, quite hyper and needs a lot of attention and exercise! Clean in kennel. Very friendly with people and other dogs. Maybe not with children, not because aggressive just because he is a handful! Would be easy to train. Recall not great here but there are too many exciting things going on! Found on street
