Sharne - 10 Years old

Very sad situation for 10 yr old Sharne. His owner has been taken into a Residential Care Home, and although supposedly a dog-friendly one, they wont allow Sharne to stay with his mum. So he has til 3rd October or the Care Home Manager wants him pts. He is the most gentle, wonderful dog you could ever meet.

Please go to UK-GSR UK German Shepherd Dog Rescue, Dog & Puppy adoptions to get in contact if interested!!

I bet if it was a chiwawaaa (I can never spell it!) he would have been allowed to keep his dog. But hey, a GSD, that's another story..as we all know

A home was found but unfortunately that fell through and another one is in the pipeline. Near to the home so owner can be kept in touch with dog.
Does seem a shame that none of the relatives can have the old dog.
Agree care home behaving like arseholes. Am wondering if the owners of the home know of this situation and its not just the manager acting on his own accord.
I also am wondering how the patients are treated if they have so little empathy for their feelings.
