Sorry I don't but just wanted to offer my sympathy.

I assume you cannot afford to keep one dog (I know it is very expensive even to keep one large dog).

Would it help to put up some brief details.

So sorry.

Linda

jesterjenn has a spectacular aura about
Where abouts in the Country are you?

Have you maybe tried "advertising" your dogs on BIGGSD.com? They have potential homes coming up all the time

So sorry to hear that you find yourself in this position,i know times are tough right now. You dont say where abouts in the country you are but i have a friend who lost his gsd last week at 13yrs old who is probably going to be looking for a new shep, maybe you could post some details that i could give him and see if it would be of any interest to him.

Very sorry about this, it is a real pity you find yourself in this position,.. but please if you really need to do this and cant find a private home, please can I stress that you do your dogs a big favour and look towards a rescue and not the RSPCA,... and please never just advertise in the papers

I hope something good can be arranged

Hi everyone thank you for being kind i feel so so guilty having to do this i am in Godalming Surrey, i have put them on Animal lifeline, i wont advertise them in the papers as you just never know who will come for them. They are both such good dogs great with kids cats and other dogs, but do get very excited around other dogs.

This must be so terribly difficult for you. Can I just agree with what Stuart has said and avoid the RSPCA.

I am wondering if they would do better at a 'breed specific rescue' organisation - I don't really know but wish you well.

You are a little to far from lancashire and after i phoned my friend i discovered he has just got home with an 8 week gsd pup that he collected this evening. I hope you find the right home for your babies...best of luck
