Charlie ? 4-5 year old male German Shepherd Dog

Charlie is a 4-5 year old Black and Tan German Shepherd. He is of a very small size. He is very skinny at the moment so he’s on 3 meals a day to build him up. He is such a sweet loving boy. It was very hard to get any pictures of him because all he wants to do is give you kisses. He is very playful and will make someone a very loving companion.
