Missy, German Shepherd. Her parents were thrown from a van in the mountains, a lady saw what happened & bought them to us, the bitch had puppies a week later. Missy was homed with a family when she was 9 weeks old. Sadly she turned up in a pound her owners were traced but didn’t come forward to claim her. Luckily her microchip was still registered to us, so she came back to Wales. Missy was underweight- but has improved a lot. She gets very anxious with all the comings & goings here & has taken a while to adjust to sharing us with so many others. I believe she will come into her own when she has her ‘own’ people & a more settled family again.
Missy is house trained, good in the car & great to take out on walks. She loves people, including children, is great with all our other dogs, regardless of age, sexual status or size, takes little notice of the horses- except to bark if they stare at her. She is fine with confident cats, has even slept with one at a friend, but will become obsessive about chasing after a cat that runs.*She is fully vaccinated, neutered & microchipped.
