Jay, 1yrold GSD, gentle giant.

Some of you may have read my posts about Jay, the darling rescue boy that has been staying with me. He is desperately looking for his new forever home.

He is a gentle giant who loves everyone he meets, does not react when dogs try and goad him and is learning his basic commands very well.

He is a star and has so much love to give despite a rocky start in life.

Juno very Handsome GSD

Can anyone help a sad boy? If yes contact Sussex German Shepherd Rescue.

Jay is in foster in Mid Wales

Its so easy to do!! If I had the room and could continueto foster I would keep him forever!!! He just seems to fit right in where ever he goes!! Who could resist this sleeping beauty!!

Awwww I'm sooo tempted, but I just don't know how Sheebs would react. She loves other dogs, but is now the right time................or is is too early?

I need to have some serious thinking time.............I was relieved last time I looked and he had already gone to a new home.......the decision was taken for me.

Jay is neutered and will be vax'd next week. He plays with Tess who is 6 1/2 months and also another GSD who is 1 1/2yrs. He has an easy going attitude to pretty much any dog he meets. He has made Tess yelp occasionly but it is never with any intent. He's a big softy who loves company. He is energetic and does require the typical mental stimulation any 1yr old GSD requires. He is a little bit destructive but we are working on it!! I left him for an hour today with a bone and there was no damage to anything (except the bone!!)

We are in Mid Wales!!! I took Jay out with me about 8pm tonight and he did me proud! He was the biggest dog out and we met a lot of naughty dogs with kids holding the leads and Jay never left my side. He walked like a complete gent. When a dog went mentle in the backgarden when we walked past Jay barely gave it a glance. He is a dog to be proud of!!!!
