Major - 18 month old male German Shepherd Dog

Major is an 18 month old male German Shepherd, who is looking for a new home due to family break up. He has previously lived with another dog and older children, and been a very happy boy. However Major has lost the family unit he loved and has temporarily and reluctantly been taken in by another family member, where Major is clearly unhappy and stressed.

Major therefore needs stability in a calm home where he can learn to relax again and be the dog he once was, with the help of patience and kind leadership. A home within or close to the Nottinghamshire/Derbyshire area would be preferred.

I feel this way about all those that are posted, it breaks my heart, it really does!

Can't wait for the day I have enough land and time to dedicate to rehabilitating and most importantly, giving some of these hounds a forever home!

awwww he's adorable - in some ways its a shame we've only just got little Midge as I'm really hoping that we can take on a rescue dog about that age. Its not wise to get another dog just yet while we are trying to train her but hopefully later next year we'll be able to think seriously about a rescue dog.

In the meantime I hope he finds a lovely home.
