Capone - 2 year old male German Shepherd Dog

Capone is a 2 year old German Shepherd boy, who is looking for a new home because his previous owners decided they didn’t have the time to care for him. Capone is a well-behaved dog who knows all the usual commands and is very responsive. He is toilet-trained, travels well in the car and can be left alone for a few hours without problems. He came to us very underweight and has since been diagnosed with Exocrine pancreatic insufficiency (EPI) which means he has to be fed a prescription food four times a day with an enzyme supplement mixed in.

Capone is a very playful and active dog who loves his toys. His favourite game is fetch, which he’d happily play for hours on end. He can be nervous in new situations but is slowly starting to build confidence, his experienced new owners will be expected to continue working on his socialisation. He gets along very well with other dogs and enjoys playing with them on his daily hour-long off-lead walks in the park. He would prefer to live with sensible older children. A loyal and attentive dog who will make a wonderful companion.

Capone is looking for a perfect new home, a home where he will be loved and cherished for the rest of his life.

I'm trying to get my head around his name...a small thing I know...Capone?? Undecided at the mo...

Moving on...I do hope this lovely looking chap bounces into a better life with folk that know what a Shepherd needs...if only I had those million acres...and a big hoover!

Hmm I don't like his name to be honest, but my god he's got such a lovely face and colouring....I too wish I had loads of land to take in some of these fur balls.
