Mr Gently - 10 year old male German Shepherd

Meet Mr Gently, he’s a 10 year old German Shepherd boy who has recently arrived in a very sad state. He was very thin, probably on the streets for some time – but a gentler, more noble dog you couldn’t wish to meet.* He was clearly once loved and cared for as he displays a calm and loving temperament with both people and other dogs.* He is clean in his kennel, enjoys a walk (very easy on a lead), albeit fairly short (his back legs are arthritic) and although he wants to chase cats he is slow enough not to present any real problem to them!* Mr Gently is currently being fostered but deserves a loving home to see out his last years in comfort – he is a diamond of a dog, a great companion - won’t ask for much but will give a great deal in return.

It's so sad when you hear they've not had a good time. And he's still a lovely dog for it.
