Cassie and Leo - 7 year old male and female German Shepherds

Cassie and Leo are 7 year sibling German Shepherds, Leo has come in with his sister Cassie through no fault of their own they are litter brother and sister and have been with the same family since they were 7 weeks old. Its a family break up and the dogs cannot be taken with them as they have moved in with their mother who already has 2 dogs and there is simply not enough rooms for the dogs and the children. Even though they do get on together, we realise the chances of finding them a home together are very remote so we will split them. They are both lovely dogs in temperament and when I met them today showed no signs of aggression or nervousness.

(Cassie)

The only thing I would say they suffer from is lack of training but we have been paying for someone to work with them and do training especially with Leo the big boy and he is doing great with his heel work and commands. So we really want a home who has gsd experience or big dog experience to carry on with their training. I hope someone reading this will give these dogs a chance and not be put off by their age as they are fit dogs, they have been in kennels since November with no interest at all which is really sad for them. So sending up a pray that the ideal home will come forward for them.

(leo)
