Exclamation Stollen Male GSD - Kent!

*******this has been cross posted!*******

AN APPEAL FOR A STOLEN GERMAN SHEPHERD FROM KENT

Hi everyone - please cross-post this and spread the word wherever you can:

"Dear Sir / Madam,

Please can you help us find Zeuss / German Shepherd who was stolen from our
property in Maidstone in Kent on the 10th June 2009.

Zeuss is 3 years old, not doctored, very gentle and timid and he is chipped,
but the chip may have moved from its original position on the back of his
neck. Zeuss and his brother were both stolen at the same time, Titan has
been recovered very badly mutilated, with his tail chopped off and left
locked in a barn to die.

It is possible that due to the high level of publicity in Kent that Zeuss
may have been moved or abandoned somewhere in the UK and as a result been
handed in or picked up by a dog warden.

We are offering a reward for help in finding Zeuss and his safe return.

Please can you forward this email and pictures to the dog warden / park
rangers / relevant individuals / local kennels who take in stray dogs.

We would thank you in anticipation of your help and could you please forward
any information that you may have or is passed to you to the following:

I remember this, the bit about the tail being cut off. I take it they are both OK?

This is what it says on the dog lost site.

DELIGHTED TO MOVE ZEUS TO REUNITED!! Its a bit of a long story but a loose GSD has been sighted 10days in petwood area then 10 days around Kingswood. Enticed by food owners of Zeus were contacted as they thought a possible match. Dog was finally caught with fresh chicken ( his favourite food). Zeus was bought over to me to be scanned but no chip found but he had lost a huge amount of weight and chip could have sunk behind bone. Markings matched those of Zeus. So he was taken bck last week as we all felt sure this was Zeus. Reports logged to council and police. He was rescanned and again vets thought it could be behind a bone or if vever checked may even have fallen out when implanted!!! Zeus went home to meet the pack and was immediately accepted by Titan ( his litter brother) also the top dog and leader of the pack. after meeting all the other dogs he made himself at home and went to sleep. As each day progresses he is coming more confidant as we have no idea what happened to him all this time. I will keep in touch and re post if needed.

Omg Robyn I felt sick when I read the first post and then my heart skipped a beat when I then read your next post, what a relief!

I can't believe the other dog was so badly mutilated, what kind of sicko does that?!
