Benji is a typically boistrous 2 – 3 year old neutered German Shepherd male. Benji is a very affectionate boy and loves attention. However he does not seem to have had much previous training and very typically for his breed he is a little stressed in the kennel environment. He has a very loving nature but he is a very boistrous boy and will need a lot of time and work to help calm him down and help him become the amazing dog he can be! He can be quite a handful to walk on a lead but with some training he should soon learn as he is a very smart boy.
He is going to need an experienced GSD/large breed owner,in a very active adult only home as he may knock over children. He could possibly live with a calm neutered female dog, but would preferably be an only pet. He would benefit from someone been around most of the day as he does love to be with you, and would benefit from a home with plenty of space to help him burn off his energy.
