My name is Sophie and i am a pretty 10 month old female German Shepherd Dog. My previous owners moved into a property which doesn’t allow pets. I am fine with dogs but I need more socialisation, I can be very reactive towards other dogs when I’m on my lead and i cannot live with cats. I am good with children, however due to my young age and training needs any children in my new home will need to be at least ten years of age and upwards. I am housetrained and i’m currently being assessed how long i can be left for.
I would like to find an active and experienced home, ideally with someone who has owned large working breeds before, and are fully prepared for the hard work and commitment involved in caring for a dog. It’s not yet known how long I cope being left alone for, so at the moment I am looking for a home where there is someone around for most of the day. I will need to go to training classes and I need a minimum of one to two hours of off lead exercise daily in a park or open space.
