Sasha ? 12-14 month old female German Shepherd Dog

Sasha is a 12-14 month old female German Shepherd Dog. She has lived within a family environment since 8 weeks old and has shared this home with her littermate sister. She is fully vaccinated and will be neutered shortly. She has been regularly wormed and de-flead.

At 4-5 months old she was bullied by a couple of large dogs and since then has shown some fear of other dogs (but not her sister). Due to many different people advising what was best for Sasha she sadly hasnt had the best continued training for her. However Sasha is a bright and lovely dog who with the right training and owner will become a wonderful dog.

Sasha is currently under weight however this is down to her nervous energy and not any medical conditions. Once the proper training and guidance for her is in place we see no reason why she won’t put on weight quite easily.

We will only rehome Sasha to a home with GSD experience and experience of similar nervous problems. Clearly moving to the wrong home would be very detrimental to Sasha so we are searching for the perfect home for her.

Owner is going to try again with a wonderful behaviourist to sort her behaviour hopefully so is no longer looking for a home at the present time.

That is fantastic news, I hope the owners are successful and she settles into a great family life.
