Sad Loss.....

hi everyone,
dont know if any of you has heard, but "Lardo Vom Stieglerhof" passed away on sunday 31st may,he was only 5 and a half years old....he was owned by the Parhilleon kennels.....it was back at good friday when lynne and i met Lardo when we went to view a litter of his pups...his death was caused by a "Torsion",this is a twisting of the stomach and i would advise all of you to "google" this so that you understand more....when you have a free moment log onto the Parhilleon website and take a look at the fantastic photo's of this ever so gentle G.S.D.......R.I.P. Lardo.

chris and lynne..xx and a whoof from Zeus.

Such a sad loss. He was a beautiful dog!
Live quite near the Parhileon kennels and often look at their website.
My thoughts are with them.

Very sad.

James had a GSD called Sheena, the same thing happened to her at a similar age.

This is so sad and such an awful way for such a beautiful young dog to end his life. My Kruger suffered and thankfully survived two torsions during his life - We were lucky that we recognised the symptoms immediately and were able to act FAST!! Sleep peacefully Lardo
