if she sees another dog she is barking at it
she meet a friends dog and had a sniff for a minute then started fighting

Hello Wayne

Welcome to my world!

I had exactly the same problem with Diesel when I rescued him at 15 months. I know it may be expensive but I had to get in a trainer / behavourist as this is just not acceptable - it is good however that she gets on well with your existing dogs.

She could just be nervous with strange dogs and feels she has to protect her pack or it could just be the lead - Diesel was so much worse on a lead.

We introduced Diesel slowly to strange dogs with him muzzled (the basket type about £7 from PAH) and sometimes through a fence (one he could see through obviously) and just continued from there building up socialisation.

I am not a dog trainer or expert however and I'm sure someone will come along soon and give you some better advice.
