4.5 months old GSD - weight

Diva's now 4.5 months and weighs 18.6kgs. She looks a bit thin to me but the vet told us she is fine, we can feel her ribs but not actually see them. Is she a normal weight for her age? How big were your pups at the same age?

I really wouldn't get too bogged down on what the scales say tbh, if she feels fine and the vets are happy then don't worry.

Puppies will put on weight naturally as they grow.

I think Oka weighed about 17kg at that age. You want her to have a waist between her rib change and her hips when looking down. What you describe sounds good to me.
Have a look here:

I would agree entirely, they are all so different + grow at different rates etc, just enjoy her + stop worrying, you can worry yourself to death about everything

The thing with pups is they often don't look 'right' what with growth spurts etc. The round, cuddly pup soon gets all gangly. You can't compare pups really as so many other variables come into it.

Often when they go through that leggy stage they can look underweight, when they're not - the limbs are just a bit out of proportion until they start to put some muscle on.

Rule of thumb (mine) is 18 weeks = 18/20 kg. So for a bitch she is spot on.

Mav was 16.35kg at 4 months. He went to the vet for his ears who said he was good and healthy.

That, to me, is the telling line - she sounds just about right. I don't bother too much with weight unless it's for medications. If the dog's healthy the weight itself isn't too important.
