Ziva's First walk

Just taken Ziva for her first walk .... 35 mins to go a few hundred yards and back ... I gave her plenty of time to sniff and investigate. Didnt want her to have a bad experience with me pulling her along too much.

It was funny when she met a 7 month old Cocker Spaniel ... they both wanted to play sooo much!

There was 3 inches of new snow, which she loved. Was a bit wary of the first few cars, but they were driving very slow in the snow, so it wasnt a drama. Wanted to play with every passing person!

Odd thing is though that she waited until we got home to have a pee!

Feels really good to get out and about with her.

Ian

Sweet! How exciting for you and Ziva, all new experiences for her.
Zee used to wait until we got back home from running around the fields and woods to have a poo in our garden. Nice.

May you have many happy walks together

I did read somewhere, can't remember where though, they don't wee/poo when out until they get a bit of confidence to 'mark' their territory.
Ours was the same, hope this helps
