How old are they (they being GSD not men) before they are fully grown?

GSD = not sure

SBT = heightwise about 18 months, then start to fill out. Fully grown at about 2.

It depends on the lines, height wise WG lines about 10-12mths mentaly mature 18mths to 2yrs
Whereas some of the English and pet lines height up 18mths and 3yrs for mental maturity
