Advice on walking

Hi got our wee lass last week and am trying to get her out and about, and housetrain her.The problem I have is that at the moment it is rain and sleet every day and she cries and howls when I try and take her out.I don't want to drag her outside and get her scared of going out. When we get a break in the weather she is great she will go out and do her buisness.
She is nearly 11 weeks so any advice on what I should do would be appreciated.
Thanks

I would make the outside world a pleasant and nice place to be, I would go into the garden and treat her with something nice or her fave toy when she joins you. I know it might not be nice for you to be outside getting wet...LOL...but she'll soon learn bad weather is nothing to be frightened of.

She is at an age where her experiences get imprinted in her mind for good. When she cries/howls, you giving in and keeping her indoors may very well make her scared of rain/sleet even when she grows up. I would take an umbrella and walk her outside for brief intervals regardless of the conditions (just pick her up and go out then set her down for a minute or so and bring back in). After a couple of outings she should be ok with it for good.

When Jazmin was like that, we went out and kicked her footballs around, she was out in a flash, next problem was getting her in out of the rain, bounced a ball in the house SORTED! She loves toys and the rain. Good luck, she's just a baby yet.

Yeah i still take her out in it unlucky for her rain is pretty regular here,so poor her lol.
Once she is out she usually want's to stay out hoping to get the garden fenced soon so she at least can run around a bit.
