I'v heard it's a age thing with them, when they feel confident enough to mark 'their territory' don't know if that is why they don't go the toilet out side when they are little, our baby was the same. Now out I say 'wee wee' and' be quick' for a poo, and she does.I'm sure your pup will be just the same when he gets a bit bigger. Good luck.

sami is a jewel in the rough
Its very common. Not just an age thing, rescues can do it for a while until they are confident enough to go when they are out. Dont worry he will do it eventually.
