What age is your dog?
What are the girls doing when she tried to bite them?
What age are your girls?

Jessie is 10 weeks tommorow, my girls are aged 10 - 12 and then a 17 year old . They just walk into the room and she just goes for them.

She is trying to play in the only way she is used to, as she would have done with her litter mates, it is not agression. It is a stage she will go through. Try and get them to play with her with a toy to distract her from the mouthing. It is just excitement.

Are you sure, I am really worried she will end up a viscous (sp) dog.

Hiya, Cooper does exactly the same thing, he will be 9 weeks on Saturday, I can be sitting in my chair and he will come by and try and bite/mouth my toe's. He also will try and bite/mouth if I am putting my head close to his mouth when I am giving him a cuddle but he will also try and lick me almost at the same time. When he tries to lick us we keep saying to him the word 'kisses' however, when he tries the bite/mouth we keep saying 'NO' and if he keeps doing it we stop playing with him for a few minutes.
It is just there age, I would also guess that her teeth are hurting her as well, try and make sure that you have lots of things for her to chew on and get your children to use the toys with her when she starts to bite/mouth, she will grow out of it

I dont mean to be rude but if your teething human baby bites you do you think it is viscous. She is a puppy, a baby dog it hasnt even got the capability of being viscious yet. Think about how you saw the puppys playing together when you went to look at them, they jump all over each othe, grab each others fur, growl and snarl, it is the same thing.
And yes I am 100% absolutely, definitely positive she is not being viscious sheis just playing.

She is trying to play. If you haven't had a dog before then I suggest that you should, if you haven't already, look at local puppy training classes and get her booked in.
Maybe even invest in a puppy book. 'Puppy School' used to do a fairly decent one

Welcome, by the way.

Thank you for the welcome, we have her booked in for puppy classes already oh believe me we did research on the breed, and my husband has had dogs before, it is just me worrying. i Just thought I would ask for a bit of advice to try and stop my fears. I know she is only a baby.
