I don't like my usual vet TBH. Been using him for years as he is the closest but being the only vet in town he can hike up his prices. He's not a very nice person either, although I always try to avoid him and book one of the other vets. When I fostered for a cat charity, they were shocked at his prices. I managed to get them reduced a bit but they were still very high.

A friend works as a vet nurse in the next town which isn't much further so I may well use them. They seem much nicer. I'll take pup there for second vaccination, etc, and see how they are first before he needs neutering to get a feel for them.

Harvey is the same and I have been quoted £250, so am saving my pennies to get him done in March when I am on holiday and can be at home with him
