Question lexa barking at anything that moves!!!!!!!!!!

HI AGAIN.
as you know we have an 11 week old puppy called lexa, she is lovely apart from the fact that she has begun barking at anything that moves.bad habit picked up from our cocker spaniel.but really excelling at it.it is fine now,but when she gets bigger,it is going to be really intimidating for people.we are enroling her in puppy training classes, but any advice on what we do to discourage would be great.

Oh I'm so glad I'm not the only one suffering this!! Tess is six months and fine in the house but if we go out and a dog barks (even if shes in the front garden) she will have to put her say in! It wasnt too bad when she had a pitiful puppy bark but she has now got the deep bark and on more than one occasion has barked and made me and anyone around jump out of our skin!!!

Sorry I'm no help but I'm just glad I'm not alone with this!!

It could just be puppy excitement and the classes will help her to realise that she doesn't have to bark at anyone or anything.

My o/h was down the park yesterday with Diesel and he bumped into a couple with a 4month GSD bitch....she was really gobby, kept barking at every dog down there. She ran at Diesel barking a few times but he just ignored her but she kept barking at him until he'd had enough and told her off - she stopped immediately and sat next to him quiet as a mouse

I know what triggered Tess, the fact she is a ballsy, gobby thing!! lol. She just needs to learn her place but until she does I need ear plugs!!

Its the "Im tough honest!!" attempt. It doesnt work when their cute and fluffy. By the time they are big and butch they dont need to gob, just look at people and they run lol!!
