Sorry dont like them everyone I have met have been nasty, it will always be shepherds for me unless I get to old and need a smaller one then it would be the Shiba or a Vallhund.
Pam

pam most westies are lol only type that has really bit me lol
I have to say after having Diesel, I would rather have Shepherds but as I get older then I would think about getting a smaller dog, but to be honest I don't know what breed....I think bigger the dog the better really
i have a jack russell , i must admit i wosnt very keen when hubby sugested it but they are great little dogs .very clever and despite the myth very easy to train, and a great companion for a gsd
I will have a german pointer, but will be doing trials, and maybe even train for Schutzhund, which will be a first, small dogs sorry peeps, too many years of grooming has put me off them,
Well as most of you know I am now bringing over some Chodsky Pes from east Germany at the end of the year. Smaller than the GSD but not too small.

We have 3 wirehaired dachshunds and they are great characters and a fab mix with Shepherds. Started with one because we didn't have enough room for another GSD at the time. We lost our last girl and said no more, we are too old, but much as we love our wires life was just not complete without a GSD. So hence Carly appeared.
