Like ive said before I dont think you should feed tripe and Kibble together IMO
And I would look into getting a better quality kibble

Whilst I like to see a puppy eat at least three good meals a day , it don't always work that way, When we had Nikki as a baby we were lucky to get one good feed of complete food a day into her, + She did eat chicken, wings, necks, and loved hard boiled eggs, when she was through her vaccs and able to go out for exercise the appetite improved 100%
What is more important is the quality of the food, I would rather a growing puppy eat two meals of a good premium food, than four meals of not so good..
If you want her to eat 3 meals try as Stuart says and cut her existing 2 meals into three, if she clears her bowl after a week give a little extra each meal x
