Bikes and Dogs

Background info

George has his three 15-30 mins walks a day, sometimes I feel guilty and maybe I let him of the lead, also he loads of kids play during the day

ok lol

I have got a bike and want to start going on bike rides with the kids, would I be cruel to George if I was to make him trot at the side of me when we go out, it deffo would not be a regular thing, maybe at weekends... but I remember the vet saying not to extend his exercise at weekends ie. like doing ten mile walks, which pmsl would never happen anyway........or would it be best for him to stay at home

lol won't be that long............would the arthritis not hurt him, I am thinking if I can build his muscle up more, and lost some of the weight on his arse, then I am doing good for him

but would it hurt him to run a less than two mile run, continued running, he can walk a mile of lead no probs

If you had some trails nearby you could let him loose and he could set his own pace. Wish I could watch the first bike attempt, it sounds like it's going to be fun...lol.
