A couple af video`s from today

The weather wasnt good today, but I though I would post a couple of videos just to show that we are still alive,.. it starts a little dark, there wasnt a lot of sunshine,..lol

This one shows just how wet it can get in these hills, I know just where to walk other have come to grief

This one is at one of a couple of small lochs high in the hills, its not the usual one we visit, ... if it was they would be right in there, but they seem wary of the banks,... Kee just didnt want to go in,.. mind you it was blooming cold,... the reason you hear me ask they to `stay` was because if it had of been the other loch, Sam and Kee would have raced down that sloop and jumped right in, and would have looked good,.. but it wasnt to go quite to plan

Beautiful dogs and scenery!

Where did you buy the doggie rucksack from btw? have always wanted to find a "rugged" one for Zelda so that she can carry her own stuff, my bag is getting too heavy, and because i'm an air-head..i'm forever coming to work with dog combs, poo bags and biscuits in every pocket and in my bag

I have always used this type of backpacks, and I have always got them off ebay,.. but they dont last, on the hill, I have repaired two of them twice, and the third once,.. they have just rotted, the dogs are always in water and mud, then they walk through gorse and bracken, so they need to be a bit tougher

So I have just designed my own, I got back on Ebay, but this time I purchased a pair of Military pouches, and used wide webbing belts to go across the back and gave it a waterproof cover [ for the back],.. added chest and bellie straps,..I will use it on Sunday for the first time,..I will add a video to this thread when we get back

Brilliant videos Stuart. I love seeing your three enjoying life

I was out in our hills for a couple of hours this afternoon and was going to take the camera, but we ended up in a snow blizzard the minute we stepped out of the door! I had to change my plan and stuck to the hills behind the cottage, instead of doing a large circular walk that goes right over the tops, as the weather was just too bad and visibility would have been zero!
