New Years Day 2012 Walk

We had a lovely walk today - the sun shone and the sky was blue for the most part.

Dogs blend in well with the grass in the first picture. They are almost the same colour.

Thank you everyone. I do love living here, but it is definitely too remote for some. I have just got used to the fact that you have to drive 30 mins to get anywhere off the Hill The worst time up here is when we get loads of snow and can be snowed in for weeks at a time ... that gets a bit wearing!

I did the same walk as that one again today and it was lovely, sunny and bright but absolutely freezing! I think we are due a bit of snow tonight.

How far are you away from the shops Kirsty,.. Fort William is our closest at an hours drive except for a little shop in Acharacle four miles away
