Oooh I'm very jealous! I've been doing a snow dance here for weeks! We've been promised a dumping tomorrow and I can't wait, will be very upset if it's not at least a couple of inches!

That first pic is very good, I assume you used fill in flash, cause the snow is so white and the dog is also well exposed.

second pic is good as well....I would call it 'hunting the polo mint'

Also like it because hill in background has no snow.

Dare i say it you make me sound like a pro, but its just a 7 year old sony dsc p100 and set on auto, point and click pocket camera

The sun was just coming over the hills maybe that helped.
