Hannah certainly knows she's beautiful. And was such a good girl today and made me proud. Took her to her 2nd training class. Her first was slightly catastrophic because she just wanted to play with the other dogs. And pulled me around all over the place on her lead. I just couldn't get her to focus. The trainer suggested this week we meet half an hour earlier and have more one to one to get Hannah to focus. There was one other dog with us, and when it barked I managed to get her attention really well. She made me very proud. I only taught her the down command this week and I got to show it off to the trainer today. They said I'd done well, so I was proud of me too. :-) I realised today how important it is to speak slower and to respond to her distractions. That you just ignore them and carry on training. That way she'll learn to just ignore and carry on too.
