Diesel on the beach

I've been trying to upload pics for ages now but for some reason it's not working then when it does it says my pics are too big for the site but god knows how I change that because other pics taken with the same camera I've been able to put on.....so I'm going to keep trying - I'm not up with all this techy stuff clearly I seem to have managed to put the links in so apologies for them not appearing on the screen like everyone else's!

If anyone can offer any tips then they would be gratefully accepted.

As you can see they are not up to Hammy's standard!

Hi Ya. Great Pix.

Regarding the help you need I see that the photo is sized at 1024 x 682. I am assuming you are downloading to: Image Option - 17" screen ( 1024 x 768 ) or higher. You might want to reduce this in size. I never choose higher than Image Option - 15" screen ( 800 x 600 )

You can do this on individual pix but it doesn't always seem to work. . If you don't know how to change this then on opening Photobucket you will see:

max image size: 640 x 480 (options)

Then select (options)

Here you will see a list of Image Options split into two types - Basic Dimensions & upgrade to pro dimensions.

Under Basic Dimensions you will see the following options with little circles next to them which highlight the one you are using or going to select if changing. Here I would highlight the 15" screen ( 800 x 600 ) or message board ( 640 x 480 ). The firt is still a good size pic but obviously as the size goes down so does size of pic

thumbnail ( 160 x 120 )
website, email ( 320 x 240 )
message board ( 640 x 480 )
15" screen ( 800 x 600 )
17" screen ( 1024 x 768 )
1 megabyte file size

Finally are you clicking on the right code for [IMG] and also are you aware that your album is public. Which means I can see every pic in your photobucket album. If you were to go private I could only see what you wanted me to see

Aww I just thought...I don't know if it would work but you could make a slide show and then leave the link here which is usually a small pic
