Show Us Pictures/Talk About Your Other Pets ForumEven though this is a Dog Forum, not everyone can limit thier love to just dogs. This is your outlet to talk about other pets you may have or want and questions about them!
Here are my other furbabies this is Marble also known as Princess Marbie! She was dumped outside a pet shop by some troll of a woman who said 'this cat is retarded,f***ing kill her if you want' so i picked her up and took her home. She has a curly tail like a pug and is only the size of a kitten even though she is nearly 4
this is Bonnie she was thrown from a car when she was 3 weeks old with her brother Clyde and her other brothers and sisters (they didnt make it) my dads friend found them and we took them in and my old dog lady used to keep them nice and warm in her bed.
This is clyde the vet didnt think he would make it (he weighed 0.5lbs at 9 weeks) now he is a beast!!
This is Gizmo, he thinks he is a baby and like to be carried around over my shoulder. He also likes to sleep on peoples heads.
This is Dusty cat my dad found him in a dustbin outside his office covered in fleas and mites
This is Benji my little collie from the farm he was hit by a car before Christmas and had to be PTS
I cant help but taking animals in we have had so many animals over the years that other people have decided they don't want anymore. Its an addiction my family seem to take in any old waif or stray!! weirdly it always starts off as a temporary arrangement but they never seem to leave
Sorry to hear about Benji. You seem to be operating a family rescue centre I must admit this is why I use my local vet because they are the only one in the area that takes in abandoned animals, treat them and re-home them.
My deaf rescue kitty is one those who they helped, cruelly abandoned and left to die he was one of a small litter all of whom had cat flu. Thanks to the wonderful treatment he received he survivied and I adopted him.
It's been a challenge - you'd never believe how much cats rely on their hearing.
I really admire you and your family for taking care of all these animals and providing them with loving homes
Awww, so sad about Benji. You have a lovely looking gang there, Dusty is the spitting image of our Chalky!
Well done you for coming the rescue so many times!
