I have a question relating to castration.

When we got our lab cross Merlin we were told he had been castrated, and I have the documents from the rescue (which is also the vet clinic).

He definitely still has his danglies...well one of them. They have shrunk since we got him.

I have never had a castrated male so I don't know what is supposed to happen, but I thought they just cut them off.

is this normal? Lol Im sorry for the stupid question

I think you will find that the cord within has been severed rather than his bits removed

If I remember correctly, it looks like nothing has been cut off then they slowly shrivel up.

They took Tye's grapes off but he is shrinking very quickly , although he was rather small anyway
