Personally I would contact the local council dog warden or enviromental health departments. If they are breeding more litters a year than they should be then the local council would be involved with it. If it is a case of neglect then the RSPCA should become involved, but dont expect too much taking the RSPCA avenue

ok so the council can officialy KISS MY A*!S the bunch of usless buggeres. i think we may need to do the midnight rescue.
i phoned the council and was on the phone for about 1 1/2 hours they said the dogs are fed, not scaired and there is no proof of puppy farming so there is nothing they can do(after i had explained the dogs are constently having pups or pregnant) so then i phoned the RSPCA they said they would send someone out so i had to do what anyone would do and i staked the place out (felt like i was in miami vise) and what a shock they also said the dogs were fine too just that she needed to clean the areas out more!! so i spoke to a few other rescues and they said the same thing that if the rspca said they were fine there was nothing they could do!!! so what the hell do i do now i cant leave those poor bears there they deserve so much more from life than that crule cow pumping puppies out of them!!
WHAT DO I DO NOW?????

I aint a clue.
Can't believe no one can do anything.
Might be time to phone local T.V company, complete with crow-bar mask and gloves and rescue the poor mites.
