Hi thanks for the welcome,yeah i looked on Amazon and Abe books in fact trawled the internet ,but not impressed with the condition of the books especially for the price they are asking.I dont mind paying alot of money but not when there's bits missing lol

Why dont you look at getting his 1991 book The German Shepherd Dog - A Genetic History all the info in the first book plus loads more

Hi yeah i went to look as you had suggested and the prices are even more than the original book .The american websites are asking hundreds of pounds for the book and that's the 1991 edition .

It isn't an easy book to get, especially if you really want the 1977 edition. That's reflected in the price. Collectable second hand books are often worth far more than the cover price - a book is worth what you are prepared to pay for it.

Mine's worth a lot to me cause it was signed by Malcolm at a show I went to.
